Offensive subjects (elaborate): As long as we're not making jokes out of rape or murder or torture, we're good.

Hugging this character: Well, you can try. Rotorstorm is not a very cuddly guy, though, and will probably try to shove you off. Also call you weird.
Kissing this character: See above. He'll also try to hit you.
Flirting with this character: He'll call you weird and have no idea why you're doing that.
Fighting with this character: Hell yeah, Rotorstorm loves a good fight. He loves winning even more, so he'll do his level best to kick your ass six ways from Sunday. And his best is pretty good.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): He mouths off, he gets into fights, he's gonna get hurt. Just let's discuss anything cripplingly serious beforehand, yeah?
Killing this character: Can we get a resurrection mechanic first? If so, let's do it.
